Overview

rainbet.digital presents itself as "Rainbet Casino - Premium Crypto Gaming & VIP Rewards", a crypto gambling platform built to attract players looking for a crypto casino with VIP perks. PhishDestroy classifies it as a gambling site flagged as fraudulent and first logged it on 2026-08-26. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving its casino content, so it remains a live risk.

How the scam works

Fraudulent crypto casinos borrow a recognizable name and pair it with promises of premium gaming and VIP rewards to get visitors to register and fund an account in crypto. Balances shown on screen may grow, but withdrawals stall behind verification hurdles, wagering conditions or sudden "unlock" payments that only pull in more money. Because crypto deposits cannot be reversed, anything sent to such a site is usually gone for good.

Evidence

Several crypto-focused defenders flag this domain independently. MetaMask and SEAL both list it, and ChainPatrol is among the 8 of 92 VirusTotal engines that marked it malicious on 2026-10-07. The other seven are alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, CyRadar, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, Gridinsoft and SOCRadar. Spamhaus carries the domain in its DBL as a phishing domain, and four AlienVault OTX pulses reference it. That means researchers outside PhishDestroy have tied it to active threat activity.

Infrastructure

The domain was registered on 2026-04-24 through GNAME.COM PTE. LTD., about four months before PhishDestroy first logged it. That gap suggests it was prepared ahead of time rather than spun up on the day of use. It resolves to 216.198.79.1 on Amazon.com, Inc. infrastructure in the US and uses a free Let's Encrypt certificate. The padlock in the browser therefore says nothing about whether the operator is legitimate.

What to do

Do not deposit funds or pay any fee to release winnings on rainbet.digital. If you already sent crypto, stop all further payments, keep your transaction hashes and account screenshots, and report the deposit addresses to the exchange you sent from. Change any password you reused on the site and turn on 2FA wherever that password was used.
