How the scam works
The page borrows USDC's reputation for safety and transparency to make visitors feel they are dealing with an official stablecoin service. Pages like this usually push the visitor toward an action that hands over control: connecting a wallet and signing a transaction or token approval, sending USDC or other assets to a "platform" address, or entering account details. Once a malicious approval is signed or a deposit is made, the funds can be moved out and cannot be recovered. Real USDC never asks holders to deposit into a third-party site to keep their dollar peg or earn safety.
Evidence
Fourteen of 91 VirusTotal engines flag the domain as of 2026-10-01. The engines include BitDefender, CRDF, CyRadar, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data and Google Safe Browsing, so the verdict comes from several separate vendors rather than one engine.
