Overview

neovalor.net presents itself under the name "Neo Valor" and sits on the PhishDestroy blocklist as a suspicious domain tied to crypto fraud activity. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-10-08. On 2026-10-08, VirusTotal showed 14 of 92 engines flagging the domain. The vendors include BitDefender, ESET, Fortinet, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, G-Data, alphaMountain.ai, CRDF and DNS8. Infrastructure

The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc on 2026-06-06, about four months before PhishDestroy flagged it. A gap like that is long enough for a site to build up some history or traffic before drawing attention. It resolves to 158.94.210.119 on AS202412 Omegatech LTD in the Netherlands. Its certificate comes from Let's Encrypt, so the padlock in the browser says nothing about whether the site can be trusted.
