naturtuizim.shop presented itself under the title "Naturium" while sitting on a misspelled .shop domain with no clear tie to that brand. It targeted people searching for or buying Naturium products who could mistake it for an official store. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-08-25. The site has been offline since 2026-09-11, and as of 2026-10-19 its domain no longer resolves.
How the scam works
Impersonation shops like this borrow a real brand's name, product photos and styling, then use discounts or limited-time offers to push visitors to checkout. Whatever a shopper types at checkout, including name, address, phone, email and card number, goes to the operators, not the brand. Victims typically lose the payment itself, receive nothing or a cheap substitute, and face follow-up fraud on the stolen card details. The garbled domain name, a loose echo of "Naturium", is meant to look plausible at a glance in search results or ads.
Evidence
On 2026-09-02, VirusTotal showed 7 of 91 engines flagging the domain: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft, PhishFort, SOCRadar and VIPRE. That is a modest count, but it includes PhishFort, a brand-protection specialist, and several vendors that track phishing and fraud. AlienVault OTX lists the domain in 4 threat pulses, so other researchers had tied it to malicious activity too. Among blocklists, it appears on PhishDestroy's.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Spaceship, Inc. and served from an address on Cloudflare, Inc.'s network, geolocated to Canada. Its TLS certificate came from Let's Encrypt, which is free and automated. The padlock in the browser therefore said nothing about whether the store was genuine. The site went dark about two and a half weeks after PhishDestroy first spotted it, a short lifespan typical of disposable fake storefronts.
What to do
If you bought anything or entered card details on this site, call your bank or card issuer now. Ask them to block the card, issue a new one and dispute the charge as fraud.
