That gap fits a domain held in reserve and then put into use, rather than one launched for an established project. It is hosted in the Netherlands on AS202412 Omegatech LTD. Its certificate is a standard free one from Let's Encrypt, so the padlock in the browser says nothing about whether the site is legitimate.
What to do
Do not visit lurmavozelrino.com or follow its redirect, and do not enter anything on the page it forwards you to. If you typed a password there, change it wherever you reuse it and turn on two-factor authentication. If you entered a wallet recovery phrase, treat that wallet as compromised and move your assets to a new one.
