listvotes.help is an impersonation phishing page titled simply "Vote". It poses as a legitimate voting or polling service to draw visitors into a fake participation step. Its presence on wallet-focused blocklists shows it is aimed at crypto users. PhishDestroy first saw the domain on 2026-10-16, and as of 2026-10-19 the site was alive and serving live content.
How the scam works
Vote-themed lures send a link asking the recipient to cast a vote, support a project, or confirm eligibility, often with urgency or a promised reward. The "Vote" page then asks the visitor to sign in, verify an account, or connect a wallet before the vote counts. Anything entered goes to the operators. That can include account credentials, recovery phrases, or a wallet connection and signature request that hands over control of assets. Victims can lose their accounts, their funds, or both, and voting never happens.
Evidence
Four blocklists list the domain: PhishDestroy, MetaMask, ScamSniffer and SEAL. Three of these are run by wallet and crypto-security teams. Spamhaus DBL lists it as DBL_SPAM. VirusTotal detections are low: on 2026-10-16, 2 of 92 engines flagged it, alphaMountain.ai and Fortinet, so most generic scanners did not yet recognize the page.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2026-10-08 through Hosting Concepts B.V. d/b/a Registrar.eu, eight days before PhishDestroy flagged it. The site is hosted at 93.152.212.52 on the DEDIK SERVICES LIMITED network in Germany. Its TLS certificate was issued by Let's Encrypt (YR1), so the browser padlock says nothing about whether the site is legitimate.
What to do
If you only opened the page, close it and do not follow any further links from the message that sent you there. If you entered a password, change it immediately on the real service and on any other site that uses the same password, then turn on two-factor authentication. If you typed a recovery phrase or connected a wallet and signed anything, treat that wallet as compromised and move any remaining assets to a newly created wallet. Defenders should block listvotes.help and 93.152.212.52 at DNS, proxy and mail gateways. They should also hunt for vote-themed lures pointing to it in logs and inboxes, and report sightings to the blocklists above.
