Sites that copy a small local business rely on trust in a familiar name and a convincing portfolio. A client who believes they have found the real studio may hand over contact details, event dates and personal information, or pay a booking deposit or advance for a session. Money sent this way does not reach the genuine photographer, and the client may only discover the problem when no one turns up on the day.

On 2026-09-24, VirusTotal showed 16 of 89 security engines flagging the domain. That is a meaningful share for a site imitating a niche local business. Those engines include alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, CRDF, CyRadar, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet and G-Data. The domain also appears in 4 AlienVault OTX threat pulses, so other researchers have tracked it independently. It is listed on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc on 2026-08-09, about five weeks before we detected it. The .live extension is an unusual choice for a regional Polish photography studio. The site sits behind Cloudflare, Inc. on 188.114.96.3, geolocated to Canada, which hides the actual origin server. Its TLS certificate comes from Google Trust Services (WE1), so the padlock only shows the connection is encrypted. It says nothing about who runs the site.
