PhishDestroy threat report

Overview

kissrh.lol operated as a crypto wallet drainer dressed up as a KISS community token allocation page. It targeted cryptocurrency holders who believed they were eligible to claim a community distribution. PhishDestroy first detected it on 2026-09-07, six days after the domain was registered on 2026-08-31. The site is now dead and has been DNS-inactive since 2026-09-11.

How the scam works

The page, titled "KISS — Community Allocation", presented visitors with what appeared to be a legitimate token claim interface associated with the KISS brand. Victims were prompted to connect their crypto wallets to receive an allocation. Once connected, the drainer silently requested broad token approvals or triggered malicious transactions, siphoning assets directly out of the victim's wallet without further interaction. This type of drainer can empty multiple token balances and NFTs in a single session.

Evidence

Two of 89 engines on VirusTotal flagged this domain on 2026-09-07, with Gridinsoft and SOCRadar as the identifying vendors. Detection coverage is low in absolute numbers, which is typical for freshly registered drainer domains that are taken down before wider scanner exposure. The domain appears on both the PhishDestroy and ScamSniffer blocklists, and has generated four threat intelligence pulses on OTX, providing independent corroboration of the classification.

Infrastructure

The domain was registered on 2026-08-31 through PDR Ltd. d/b/a PublicDomainRegistry.com and had a lifespan of roughly eleven days before going offline. Hosting resolved to IP 188.114.97.3 on the Cloudflare network in the United States. The TLS certificate was issued by Google Trust Services under the WE1 intermediate, giving the site a padlock that could mislead visitors into trusting it.
