iscans.markets is an impersonation phishing page that poses as a legitimate crypto-related service to win the trust of visitors. Its presence on wallet-focused blocklists such as MetaMask, ScamSniffer and SEAL shows it targets cryptocurrency users. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-08-29. As of 2026-10-19 the domain is still alive and redirects visitors elsewhere.
How the scam works
Impersonation pages copy the look and wording of a service people already trust, then ask visitors to log in, connect a wallet or confirm an action. Whatever is entered or signed goes to the operators, not the real service. In crypto this can mean seed phrases, account credentials or wallet signatures that let attackers move funds. The page currently carries the title "Success!", a generic confirmation message, while our classification is impersonation phishing.
Evidence
Fourteen of 89 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain as of 2026-09-12. They include Google Safe Browsing, BitDefender, Fortinet, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, G-Data, CRDF, Gridinsoft and alphaMountain.ai, a mix of major vendors and specialist feeds that points to a real phishing site rather than a single false positive. Google Safe Browsing lists it under SOCIAL_ENGINEERING. Spamhaus DBL classifies it as phishing. Beyond the PhishDestroy list, the MetaMask, ScamSniffer and SEAL blocklists carry it, and four AlienVault OTX threat pulses reference it.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through NameCheap, Inc. on 2026-08-20, only nine days before PhishDestroy caught it. That short gap is typical of throwaway phishing domains. It is hosted on Cogent Communications, LLC address space in Canada. The TLS certificate was issued by a Hestia Control Panel instance rather than a public certificate authority, which suggests a self-managed VPS set up quickly by the operators.
What to do
Do not open the site or follow its redirect. If you entered a password or login on it, change that password wherever you reuse it and turn on two-factor authentication. If you typed a seed phrase, treat the wallet as compromised and move your funds to a new wallet right away. If you connected a wallet or signed anything, review and revoke token approvals you do not recognize. Security teams should block the domain and its hosting IP at DNS and proxy level and add it to their phishing detection feeds.
