It targeted people looking for automated, AI-driven crypto trading and promised returns from a platform that does not trade on anyone's behalf. PhishDestroy first saw the domain on 2026-09-15. The site went offline on 2026-09-29, and as of 2026-10-19 its DNS is inactive and the site is dead.

How the scam works

Fake trading platforms like this one invite visitors to open an account and fund it with cryptocurrency, often after contact through ads, social media or a so-called account manager. The dashboard then shows fabricated profits from the supposed AI trading engine to encourage larger deposits. When the victim tries to withdraw, the operators invent fees, taxes or verification steps that require more money, and the funds are never released. Victims lose every deposit, and any identity documents or personal details they submitted may be reused.

On 2026-09-18, VirusTotal showed 14 of 89 engines flagging the domain, including alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, CRDF, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data and Gridinsoft. Infrastructure

The domain was registered on 2026-03-26 through Spaceship, Inc. It was hosted at 185.62.57.28 on the Snel.com B.V. network in the Netherlands. Its TLS certificate came from ZeroSSL ECC DV SSL CA 2, issued by ZeroSSL GmbH. A domain registration date roughly six months before it was flagged is common for scam platforms that are set up ahead of a promotional campaign.

Record your transaction hashes, the wallet addresses you paid, and any chats or emails, then report the loss to your local police or cybercrime unit and to the exchange you sent the crypto from. If you uploaded ID documents, watch for identity misuse and treat any "recovery service" that contacts you as a likely second scam. Change any password you reused on the site.
