Overview

PhishDestroy’s intake system classified ichanger.dev as malicious after an admin report and an AI‑based phishing confidence of 90 %. The recorded page title and excerpt advertise a free CS2 skin changer, a tool commonly used to deliver malware or steal game credentials. The domain was first seen by PhishDestroy on 2026-10-22 and returned HTTP 200 at that time.

How the scam works

Skin changer tools modify a game client to display unauthorized cosmetics and usually require the user to download an executable that injects code into the game process. Such executables can install malware, capture login credentials, or hijack the associated gaming account, and attackers distribute them through fake download pages that exploit the popularity of CS2 skins.
