fortuse.com is an impersonation phishing page built to pass itself off as a trusted service and capture what visitors type into it. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-10-06. How the scam works
Impersonation pages copy the look and wording of a real service, then wait for a visitor to sign in, confirm an account or enter recovery details. A bare "Loading" title is common for pages that fetch their fake login or wallet screen after opening, so the first view shows nothing that names the target. Anything entered goes to the operators, who can then take over the account or, where a recovery phrase is involved, empty the wallet.
Evidence
Five of 92 VirusTotal engines flag the domain as of 2026-10-17: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet and SOCRadar. That count is low, so most security tools will not warn a visitor yet. Spamhaus lists the domain in its DBL under the spam category. It also appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses, which means other analysts have tracked it independently of PhishDestroy's own listing.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2026-05-21 through MAT BAO CORPORATION, about four and a half months before PhishDestroy detected it. That gap suggests it was registered in advance rather than set up on the day it went live. It is hosted on an address in Finland that belongs to a network registered to M/S Robi Traders of Bangladesh. The site uses a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the padlock in the address bar says nothing about whether the site is legitimate.
What to do
If you entered a username or password on fortuse.com, change it right away on the real service and on any other site where you reuse it. Then turn on app-based two-factor authentication and sign out of any sessions you do not recognise. If you typed in a wallet recovery phrase, treat that wallet as compromised and move whatever is left to a new wallet created from a fresh phrase. Defenders should block the domain at DNS and the web proxy, and search logs for visits since 2026-10-06. The low vendor detection count means you should not wait for a commercial feed to catch up.
