PhishDestroy threat report
fortinfo.one is an impersonation phishing site, a page that passes itself off as a legitimate service to collect logins and personal details from people who believe they are on the real thing. PhishDestroy first saw the domain on 2026-08-31. It went offline on 2026-09-11, and as of 2026-10-19 its DNS no longer resolves. The page title shows a Cloudflare "522: Connection timed out" error rather than branded content, but we classified the domain as impersonation phishing.
Impersonation pages copy the look, wording and login flow of a brand the victim already trusts. Victims usually reach them through links in emails, messages, ads or search results. Anything typed into the fake form, such as usernames, passwords, one-time codes, recovery details or payment data, goes straight to the operators. They then use it to take over the real account, move funds or resell the access. The short domain name and the generic .one ending are typical of throwaway phishing addresses meant to look plausible at a glance.
On 2026-09-11, nine of 89 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain as malicious. Vendors flagging it include ESET, Fortinet, Netcraft, Emsisoft, CRDF, alphaMountain.ai, Seclookup and SOCRadar. That is a modest share of engines, but several of these vendors run dedicated phishing feeds, so their agreement carries weight. The domain also appears in three AlienVault OTX threat pulses, meaning other researchers have tied it to malicious activity. Among the blocklists tracked here, it is listed by PhishDestroy.
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc. It resolved to a Cloudflare, Inc. address geolocated to Canada. Because Cloudflare acts as a reverse proxy, that address belongs to Cloudflare's edge network rather than the operators' own server. The 522 error in the page title means Cloudflare could not reach the origin server behind it. The site lasted only eleven days between first detection on 2026-08-31 and going offline on 2026-09-11, a short lifespan common for disposable phishing domains.
If you entered a password on fortinfo.one, change it right away on the genuine service and on every other account that shares it. Turn on app-based or hardware two-factor authentication, and sign out of all active sessions. If you supplied card or banking details, contact your bank to block the card and dispute unfamiliar charges. Watch for follow-up phishing that uses whatever personal data you gave. Defenders should keep the domain blocked in DNS and web filters despite its current inactive state, and search mail and proxy logs for past visits to find users who may need credential resets.
