The authoritative nameservers ns21.v-sys.org and ns22.v-sys.org resolve the domain to the IP address 95.214.235.120, which belongs to Autonomous System AS30860 operated by Virtual Systems LLC in Ukraine. An HTTPS service is presented using a Let’s Encrypt R12 certificate, indicating that TLS is correctly configured despite the malicious purpose. The web server identified by fingerprinting is Nginx.
