Victims typically lose their game account and everything tied to it, including items, currency and any linked email or payment details.
Evidence
urlscan.io rated the page malicious and recognised Dofus as the brand being imitated. On VirusTotal, 8 of 89 engines flagged it as of 2026-09-18: alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, G-Data, Gridinsoft, SOCRadar and Webroot. That count is modest, but it comes from several unrelated security vendors. The domain also appears in 5 AlienVault OTX threat pulses and is listed on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc on 2026-08-30 and was already serving phishing content within a week. That timing fits a short-lived campaign domain rather than an established site. It was hosted at 45.61.161.219 on the Advin Services LLC network in Germany. The Let's Encrypt certificate only meant the browser showed a padlock, which says nothing about whether the site was legitimate.
What to do
