Overview

dev.xmem.live is a phishing page that presents itself as Pump.fun, the memecoin launchpad, and carries the page title "Pump.fun" to look like the real thing in a browser tab. It targets traders who want to create or buy new tokens and are used to connecting a wallet within seconds. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-04. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving its content.

How the scam works

The domain name has nothing to do with Pump.fun, so the cloned branding has to do all the persuading. Fake launchpad pages like this usually ask the visitor to connect a wallet and then present a request to sign. That request looks like a routine step such as a token launch, a buy or a claim, but it actually authorizes transfers out of the wallet. Once the victim signs, the attacker can move tokens and SOL out of the wallet, and those on-chain transfers cannot be reversed.

Evidence

On 2026-09-16, 7 of 89 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft, Kaspersky and SOCRadar. That is a modest count, but it includes several major vendors. urlscan.io rated the page malicious and matched it to both Pump.fun and generic crypto branding. The domain is also listed by MetaMask, ScamSniffer and SEAL, which are wallet-focused sources, and Spamhaus DBL classifies it as phishing.

Infrastructure

The domain was registered on 2026-08-26 through Global Domain Group LLC and was caught nine days later, which fits a site set up for a short campaign. Its traffic runs through Cloudflare, Inc. with a Canadian address. That address belongs to the proxy network, so it hides where the actual server is located. The phishing content sits on a "dev" subdomain rather than the root domain.

What to do

If you connected a wallet to this site, use a revocation tool to check and revoke any approvals or delegations you granted there. If you signed any request on the page, move your remaining assets to a fresh wallet. If you typed in a seed phrase or private key, treat the wallet as fully compromised and stop using it. To reach Pump.fun safely, type its address yourself or use a saved bookmark, and do not follow links from ads, replies or direct messages. Security teams should block xmem.live at the parent-domain level and report the page to Cloudflare so it can be taken down.
