cyklosportcb.live is an impersonation phishing page that copies CykloSport, a bicycle shop and repair service in České Budějovice. The page announced itself as "Cykloservis | CykloSport | České Budějovice 3", a title built to look like a branch listing that local cyclists would trust. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-12. It went offline the next day, 2026-09-13, and was still down with its content blocked by the provider at the last check on 2026-10-19.
How the scam works
Lookalike sites for small local businesses trade on familiarity. A customer searching for a bike service, or following a link in an ad or message, lands on a page that borrows the shop's name and branding. These pages typically push a booking, deposit, order or "reservation" form, and the victim hands over contact details, card data or a prepayment that goes to the operators instead of the real shop. The "České Budějovice 3" wording suggests an extra location, which gives a believable reason why the address looks unfamiliar.
Evidence
Fifteen of 89 VirusTotal engines marked the domain malicious on 2026-09-12, the same day PhishDestroy listed it. Those vendors include alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, CRDF, CyRadar, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet and G-Data, a mix of independent security companies. One AlienVault OTX pulse also references the domain, so other researchers tracked it too. PhishDestroy is the only blocklist confirmed carrying it.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc on 2026-08-04, 39 days before it was caught. That is enough time to build the clone and start sending traffic to it. The site sat behind Cloudflare, with the edge address geolocated to Canada, so the true origin server is hidden. Its HTTPS certificate came from Google Trust Services, which is routine for Cloudflare-fronted sites: the padlock proved nothing about who ran the page.
What to do
If you paid a deposit or entered card details on this site, contact your bank right away to dispute the charge and block the card. Treat any name, phone number or email you submitted as exposed, and be wary of follow-up calls or texts claiming to be from CykloSport. Reach the shop only through contact details you have verified yourself. Defenders should block cyklosportcb.live and watch for similar registrations combining "cyklo", "sport" or "cb" with cheap TLDs.
