How the scam works
The "Holder Crates" theme is a common lure in token communities. Holders are told a reward box, airdrop or bonus is waiting, and they only need to visit the page to claim it. Those signatures can grant token approvals or authorize transfers that let the operator empty the wallet. Because the name and branding copy Familiars, victims believe they are dealing with the real project and sign without looking closely.

On 2026-10-07, VirusTotal showed 12 of 92 engines flagging the domain. The vendors include alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, CRDF, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data and Gridinsoft.
