It targets people looking to buy firearms, ammunition or accessories online who may mistake it for a legitimate retailer. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-16. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving its content.
How the scam works
Fake firearms shops take advantage of buyers who expect paperwork, shipping restrictions and unusual payment rules. The site copies a store's name and look, lists stock at attractive prices, and steers customers toward payment methods that are hard to reverse. After payment, the order never ships, or the buyer is asked for extra "transfer", "insurance" or "compliance" fees. Victims lose the money they sent, along with any name, address, phone number or ID documents submitted during checkout.
Evidence
On 2026-09-29, six of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft, LevelBlue and SOCRadar. That share is small, so most security tools will not warn a visitor, but the six flags come from separate vendors. Four AlienVault OTX threat pulses also reference the domain, which links it to wider threat reporting. Among the blocklists we track, only PhishDestroy currently lists it.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2026-09-15 through PDR Ltd. d/b/a PublicDomainRegistry.com, one day before PhishDestroy detected it. A storefront that goes live almost as soon as its name is registered points to a disposable site, not an established dealer. It is hosted on FranTech Solutions in Luxembourg. The free Let's Encrypt certificate gives it a padlock icon, but the padlock only means the connection is encrypted and says nothing about whether the seller is honest.
What to do
If you paid this site, contact your bank or card issuer right away to dispute the charge. Report the payment to whatever service you used to send it, and refuse any further "fees" the seller asks for. If you shared ID documents or personal details, watch for identity fraud and consider a credit freeze. Change any password you reused when creating an account there. Defenders should block the domain and its hosting IP, and check web and email logs for users who visited the shop or received links to it.
