PhishDestroy threat report
clsse-binance.com.cn hosts a fake Binance login page that pretends to confirm a newly created site, as shown by its Chinese title “恭喜,站点创建成功!” (Congratulations, site created successfully!). PhishDestroy first recorded the domain on 2026-10-19 and found the site still alive but its content unreachable as of that date. The page is classified as an impersonation phishing page aimed at Binance users.
The page displays a congratulatory Chinese message and then prompts visitors to log in with their Binance credentials or connect a crypto wallet, harvesting usernames, passwords and any wallet approval tokens. By capturing these details, attackers can bypass two‑factor authentication and drain linked accounts or perform unauthorized trades. Victims lose access to their Binance accounts and any funds held therein.
VirusTotal flagged the domain in 3 of 92 scanning engines, with AlphaMountain.ai, CRDF and Fortinet reporting it as malicious. The domain appears on four OTX pulses and is listed by PhishDestroy, MetaMask and SEAL blocklists. These independent detections confirm the impersonation phishing classification.
The domain was registered on 2026-10-17 through 北京新网数码信息技术有限公司, only two days before PhishDestroy’s first sighting. It resolves to IP 168.222.65.180, hosted by OWGELS INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED on a Hong Kong network. The site uses a Let’s Encrypt / YR1 certificate, a common choice for short‑lived phishing sites.
If you entered Binance credentials on this site, change your password immediately and enable strong two‑factor authentication on the real Binance account. Any wallet that was connected should have its approvals revoked and new seed phrases generated if possible. Organizations should block the domain at DNS and proxy layers, add it to internal blocklists, and monitor for related phishing attempts. Report the incident to Binance’s security team and to PhishDestroy.

Dated changes retained by the monitor and source collectors. Newest observations appear first; source states are not proof of a takedown.

This report combines saved page captures, registration and network records, scanner results and PhishDestroy reporting history. Each source keeps its own observation date. Open a source report to inspect the original result.
