PhishDestroy threat report

Overview

biscuithome.shop presents itself as "Luxury Cotton Bedding | Biscuit Home," a storefront for premium sheets and linens aimed at online home-goods shoppers. PhishDestroy classifies it as an E-Commerce Scam, a fake online shop built to collect payments and personal details. We first flagged it on 2026-10-16. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online with its shop content live, so it can still take orders.

How the scam works

Fake bedding shops use polished product photos, "luxury cotton" branding and steep discounts to look like a boutique brand selling well below normal prices. The buyer picks items, enters a name, shipping address, phone number and card details, and pays at checkout. Afterwards the goods never arrive, a cheap item unrelated to the order turns up, or tracking numbers lead nowhere, and refund requests go unanswered. Victims lose the purchase amount and also hand over card and contact data that can be reused for further fraud or phishing.

Evidence

Six of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain on 2026-10-16: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Fortinet, G-Data, Gridinsoft and Netcraft. That is a minority, but it is typical for fake shops, which carry no malware for scanners to catch. urlscan.io rated the site malicious and specifically marked it as a fake shop. Spamhaus lists the domain in its DBL as spam, it appears in three AlienVault OTX threat pulses, and it is on the PhishDestroy blocklist.

Infrastructure

The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc. on 2026-04-27, nearly six months before we detected it. That gap means the store may have been taking orders for months before any vendor flagged it. The site is hosted on the Malakmadze Web LLC network in Georgia, which is unusual for a bedding retailer marketing to Western shoppers.

What to do

If you paid on biscuithome.shop, contact your card issuer or bank now, report the charge as fraud, and ask for a chargeback and a replacement card. Keep your order confirmation, emails and screenshots to support the dispute. Treat any later emails, texts or calls about "delivery problems" or "customs fees" for this order as follow-up scams, and do not pay them.
