PhishDestroy threat report
biolanehq.shop is a fake online store that copies Biolane, the French baby skincare brand. Its page title, in French, claims "50 years of expertise in baby skin products and care," so the site is built to win the trust of French-speaking parents shopping for creams, washes and changing products. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-10-16. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving its shop content.
Fake brand shops copy a real company's name, imagery and product range. They then advertise steep discounts, often through social media ads or search results. Shoppers who check out on biolanehq.shop are paying a store that has no connection to Biolane. Typically the result is nothing delivered, a cheap substitute, or a refund that never comes. The checkout also captures the buyer's name, delivery address, phone number and card details, which can be reused for further fraud or unauthorized charges.
urlscan.io rated the site malicious and specifically marked it as a fake shop. On VirusTotal, 5 of 92 engines flagged it as of 2026-10-16: alphaMountain.ai, Bfore.Ai PreCrime, CRDF, Gridinsoft and Webroot. That low count is common for a newly surfaced shop, so a clean result from most scanners is not reassurance. The domain also appears in 3 AlienVault OTX threat pulses and is listed on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc. on 2026-05-26, about four and a half months before it was detected. That gap suggests it was set up ahead of time rather than launched and abused on the same day. It is hosted at 195.96.130.236 on the network of Malakmadze Web LLC, a Georgian-registered provider, while the IP geolocates to the United States. The "hq" suffix on a .shop domain is an attempt to pass as an official brand store, and the real Biolane does not operate under this name.
If you ordered from biolanehq.shop, contact your bank or card issuer now, report the charge as fraud, request a chargeback and ask for a replacement card. Watch your statements for small test charges, and treat any follow-up emails, texts or calls about "delivery problems" or refunds as likely phishing. Keep your order confirmation and payment records for the dispute and for a police or consumer-protection report. Security teams and network administrators should block the domain and its hosting IP and add it to filters for retail and ad traffic. Report any ads promoting it to the platform that ran them.
