How the scam works

The page title, "Vente d'électroménager, kits de surveillance et GPS voiture | Bill", mixes unrelated product lines. That kind of catalogue is typical of fake shops that list whatever sells, usually at prices well below market to rush buyers to checkout. Victims pay by card or bank transfer and then get nothing, a cheap item unrelated to the order, or a tracking number that never moves. The losses are the purchase price and any card or personal details entered at checkout, which can be reused for further fraud.

Evidence
