PhishDestroy threat report

Overview

bikesonlinepro.shop is a fake online shop that presents itself as "Bikes Online," a bicycle retailer. Its Hebrew page title translates to "Bicycles and much more | Free shipping over 250 ₪ | Bikes Online," which points squarely at Israeli shoppers paying in shekels. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-10-16. When last checked on 2026-10-19, the site was still online and serving its storefront.

How the scam works

Fake bike shops draw buyers with familiar branding, discounted bicycles and accessories, and offers such as the free-shipping threshold of 250 ₪ in this site's title. The shopper picks items, goes through a checkout that looks normal and enters card details or pays another way. The bike then arrives as a cheap substitute or never arrives at all. Victims lose the purchase price, and any card number, address and phone number entered at checkout can be reused for fraud or follow-up phishing.

Evidence

urlscan.io rated the site malicious and specifically identified it as a fake shop, which matches our classification. On VirusTotal, 5 of 92 engines flagged it on 2026-10-16: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Gridinsoft, LevelBlue and Webroot. That count is low, so most security tools will not yet warn visitors. The domain also appears in 3 AlienVault OTX threat pulses and is listed on the PhishDestroy blocklist.

Infrastructure

The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc. on 2026-06-05, about four months before we detected it. That is a short life for a domain carrying a retail brand. It resolves to an IP on the network of Malakmadze Web LLC, a provider registered in Georgia, with the address itself geolocated to the United States. A cheap .shop domain combined with offshore hosting is a common pattern for throwaway storefronts that can be replaced quickly once reported.

If you paid on this site, contact your bank or card issuer right away to dispute the charge and request a new card. Have your order confirmation and any emails from the shop ready. Watch your statements for unfamiliar charges, and treat any later calls or messages about "delivery problems" or refunds as likely phishing. Do not send more money to release a parcel.
