We first flagged it on 2026-10-13, and as of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving its shop content.
How the scam works
Fake shops like this one copy the look of a small, friendly retailer, list everyday goods at attractive prices, and take payment at checkout. The order then never arrives, or the buyer receives a cheap item that bears no resemblance to the listing, and refund requests go unanswered. The teacher-gift angle is well suited to seasonal and end-of-term buying, when people order quickly and rarely research the seller. Victims lose the purchase amount and may also expose their card details, name, address and phone number to the operators.
Evidence
Ten of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain on 2026-10-13, including BitDefender, ESET, G-Data, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Gridinsoft and LevelBlue. Agreement among that many established vendors on a newly detected domain is a strong signal. urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict and specifically identified the page as a fake shop. The domain also appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses and on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc. on 2026-04-21, roughly six months before we detected it. That gap gave the storefront time to look established before it drew attention. The site runs on a server in the United States on a network operated by Malakmadze Web LLC, which is registered in Georgia. It holds a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the padlock in the browser says nothing about whether the shop is legitimate.
