PhishDestroy first flagged the domain on 2026-10-13. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving its shop content.
How the scam works
Shops like this copy a real brand's product photos, names and descriptions, then list the watches at discounts steep enough to rush a purchase. The victim enters a shipping address and pays by card or another method. After that, nothing arrives, or a cheap unrelated item is sent so the seller can claim delivery. The losses are the purchase money and the card and personal details typed into checkout, which can be reused for fraudulent charges or sold.
Evidence
Eight of 92 VirusTotal engines flag the domain: alphaMountain.ai, ESET, Fortinet, G-Data, Gridinsoft, LevelBlue, Netcraft and Webroot. That is a modest share, but these vendors reached the same verdict on their own. urlscan.io rates the site malicious and specifically identifies it as a fake shop. Spamhaus lists the domain on its DBL as spam. The domain also appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses, so other researchers have tracked it as well.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc. on 2026-05-09, about five months before PhishDestroy detected it. Domains are sometimes left idle for a while before a scam storefront goes live. The site is hosted at 162.222.90.227 on the Malakmadze Web LLC network, which is registered in Georgia, while the IP is located in the US. Its padlock comes from a free, automated Let's Encrypt certificate, which only encrypts the connection and says nothing about whether the seller is legitimate.
What to do
If you ordered from this site, contact your card issuer right away to dispute the charge as non-delivery or fraud, and ask for the card to be replaced. Watch your statements for small test charges. Ignore any follow-up emails asking for extra "customs" or "shipping" fees. If you need a genuine Bertucci watch, go through the brand's official channels or a retailer it lists.
