It uses the title "Skate, Snow & Bike Helmets for Every Rider | Bern Helmets" to look like the real brand. It targets riders shopping for protective gear who land on it from ads or search results. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-10-13, and it was still online and serving its storefront on 2026-10-19.
How the scam works
Sites like this copy a familiar brand's product catalog and branding, then attract buyers with prices that undercut genuine retailers. The shopper fills in a name, shipping address, email and payment card details at checkout. The order either never arrives or is replaced by a cheap item that bears no relation to what was paid for. The card details and personal data handed over at checkout can also be reused for further fraud, so the loss can go beyond the price of one helmet.
