bernerly.shop is a fraudulent web store that presents itself as "BERNERKUHL | Berner Kühl", borrowing the name of the Berner Kühl brand to look like an official or authorised outlet. How the scam works
Fake shops like this copy a brand's name and product imagery onto a cheap storefront, then advertise steep discounts that a real retailer would not offer. The shopper picks items, enters name, address and card details at checkout, and pays. Typically nothing arrives, or a worthless substitute is shipped so the seller can claim delivery and block a refund. Beyond the lost purchase money, the card number and personal details typed into checkout can be reused or sold.
Evidence
Six of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain on 2026-10-13: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, G-Data, Gridinsoft, LevelBlue and Netcraft. The count is modest, which is common for a young shop domain, but the flagging vendors work independently of one another. urlscan.io rated the page malicious and specifically identified it as a fake shop. The domain also appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses and is listed on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc. on 2026-05-25, about four and a half months before PhishDestroy detected it. That gap suggests the domain was registered well in advance and then put into service as a storefront. It is hosted on a network operated by Malakmadze Web LLC, registered in Georgia, while the server's IP address geolocates to the United States. The free Let's Encrypt certificate gives the browser padlock but says nothing about whether the seller is legitimate.
What to do
If you placed an order, call your card issuer or bank right away. Ask them to dispute the charge as fraud and to cancel and reissue the card. Keep any order confirmations and screenshots to support the chargeback, and treat follow-up emails or texts about "delivery problems" or "customs fees" as further scam attempts.
