bermishop.shop is an impersonation phishing page that presents itself as a storefront for Dumber Mini. The browser tab reads "Dumber Mini | dumbermini", so visitors believe they are buying from that brand's own shop. Its targets are ordinary online shoppers looking for the product. PhishDestroy first saw the site on 2026-10-13, and it was still online with live content on 2026-10-19.
How the scam works
Fake brand shops copy a real store's name and branding, then pull in buyers with low prices or limited-stock offers. Checkout pages on these sites ask for card numbers, billing addresses and contact details. The visitor pays for goods that either never arrive or turn out to be something other than what was advertised. Victims lose the purchase amount, and the card and personal data they enter can be reused for further fraud or resold.
Evidence
On 2026-10-17, 16 of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain. Detections came from alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, CRDF, ESET, Emsisoft, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet and G-Data. urlscan.io gave the site a malicious verdict and identified it as a fake shop, which independently matches our classification. Spamhaus lists the domain in its DBL as spam, and three AlienVault OTX pulses reference it. Taken together, these sources point to an active retail fraud rather than a single misfire.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc. on 2026-06-04, roughly four months before PhishDestroy detected it. That gap suggests the name was registered ahead of time and put into use later, rather than spun up the same day. The ".shop" extension and a name loosely echoing "mini shop" help it pass as a genuine retail site. It is hosted on the network of Malakmadze Web LLC, which is registered in Georgia, while the server's IP address geolocates to the United States.
What to do
If you ordered from this site, contact your bank or card issuer right away and ask for a chargeback and a replacement card. Watch your statements for unfamiliar charges in the weeks that follow. If you created an account there with a password you use elsewhere, change it on those other services. Treat any follow-up emails or texts about "delivery issues" or "payment problems" as further phishing. Defenders should block the domain and its hosting IP at the DNS and proxy layers and flag Dumber Mini lookalike domains for brand-abuse monitoring.
