How the scam works
The evidence points to a shop front rather than a wallet or exchange lure. The main risk with an untrusted storefront like this is checkout: buyers who pay may receive nothing, or may hand card numbers, addresses and phone numbers to whoever runs the site. Nothing on the page links it to crypto wallets, so the exposure is payment and personal data, not on-chain assets.
Evidence
On 2026-10-16, six of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, G-Data, Gridinsoft, LevelBlue and URLQuery. That is a minority, but six unrelated vendors reaching the same verdict is more than a single false positive. The domain also appears in two AlienVault OTX threat pulses, so other researchers have tracked it independently. Among the blocklists we monitor, only PhishDestroy lists it so far.
