How the scam works
Fake shops like this copy the look of a real gear retailer and list products at prices low enough to make buyers act quickly. The buyer adds items to the cart, enters a shipping address and card or payment details, and pays. The goods either never arrive or are replaced by cheap items that have nothing to do with the order. The victim loses the money paid and also hands over their name, address, phone number and payment card details, which can be reused for further fraud.
Evidence
On 2026-10-12, 10 of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain. The vendors include alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, CRDF, CyRadar, Fortinet, G-Data, Gridinsoft and Kaspersky. These are separate security vendors that reached the same conclusion independently. urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict and identified the page as a fake shop, which matches our classification. The domain also appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses and on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc. on 2026-07-19, about twelve weeks before PhishDestroy detected it. That gap leaves time to build a catalogue, and possibly to run ads, before anyone reports the site. It is hosted on the Malakmadze Web LLC network in Georgia.
