How the scam works
Shops like this copy the look of a small boutique brand, with a polished catalogue, discount banners and a familiar checkout flow. The order then goes nowhere: nothing ships, or a cheap item unrelated to the listing arrives, and support stops replying. Victims lose the purchase amount and hand over their name, address, phone number and card details, which can be reused for further fraud.

On 2026-10-12, 6 of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, Gridinsoft, Netcraft and URLQuery. That is a modest count, but it is typical for a young storefront, and the flagging vendors include specialists in fraudulent sites. urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict and specifically marked the page as a fake shop. The domain also appears in 3 AlienVault OTX threat pulses and on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2026-05-16 through Dynadot Inc., nearly five months before PhishDestroy detected it. That gap suggests the shop had time to run and collect orders before being caught.
