How the scam works
Fake shops like this one copy the look of a legitimate retailer, with product photos, discounts and a working checkout, so the purchase feels routine. The buyer pays by card or another method and receives nothing, a cheap item unrelated to the order, or a fake tracking number that stalls until refund windows close. The "All Things Fun" branding adds a friendly, low-suspicion feel, and the gear-themed domain name fits the same retail framing. Victims lose the money they paid. The payment and address details they typed in can also be reused for further fraud.
Evidence
On 2026-10-13, 12 of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain. The flagging vendors were alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, CRDF, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data and Gridinsoft. That is a minority of engines, but several of them are mainstream consumer antivirus products, so many shoppers' browsers and security suites may already warn them. urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict and specifically identified the page as a fake shop, which independently matches our classification. The domain is listed on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc. on 2026-05-16, nearly five months before PhishDestroy detected it. That gap is consistent with a storefront left to age or quietly gather traffic before it drew attention. It is hosted in the US on the Malakmadze Web LLC network. Its certificate comes from Let's Encrypt, so the padlock in the address bar says nothing about whether the shop is genuine.
What to do
If you ordered from atfgear.shop, contact your card issuer or payment provider now and dispute the charge as goods not received or fraud. Ask them to reissue the card if you entered its number on the site. Keep your order confirmation, any emails and any tracking numbers as evidence, and watch your statements for unfamiliar charges. If you created an account there, change that password everywhere you reused it, and treat follow-up "delivery problem" messages as possible phishing.
