How the scam works
Sites like this copy a brand's name and storefront look so that visitors believe they are buying from the real retailer, usually with discounts that seem too good to pass up. At checkout the shopper hands over their name, delivery address, email, phone number and payment card details. The money is taken and the goods either never arrive or are cheap substitutes. The card and personal data can then be reused for further fraud.
Evidence
On 2026-10-03, six of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, ESET, Gridinsoft, LevelBlue, Netcraft and Webroot. That count is modest, but it comes from several independent vendors, including established phishing-focused feeds. urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict and specifically identified the page as a fake shop, which matches our impersonation classification. The domain also appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses and is listed on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc. on 2026-04-21, about five and a half months before we detected it. Operators often register domains in advance and let them age before launching a fake storefront. The site runs on the Malakmadze Web LLC network, which is registered in Georgia, while the serving IP geolocates to the United States. It uses a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the padlock in the browser says nothing about whether the shop is genuine.
