altruapparelstore.shop is a fraudulent clothing storefront that presents itself as "Men's Graphic Tees, Hoodies and Sweatshirts | Altru Apparel". It borrows the Altru Apparel name to target online shoppers looking for casual menswear. PhishDestroy first detected it on 2026-10-06. The shop was still online and serving its storefront when checked on 2026-10-19.
How the scam works
Fake shops like this copy the look of a real apparel brand and list graphic tees, hoodies and sweatshirts, usually at prices low enough to push quick checkouts. At checkout, the shopper hands over payment card details, a billing address and contact information. The usual result is no delivery, a cheap item unlike the one advertised, or a tracking number that leads nowhere. The stolen card data and personal details can then be reused for further fraud or targeted phishing.
Evidence
Seven of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain as of 2026-10-07: alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, G-Data, Gridinsoft and Netcraft. That count is modest, but it comes from several independent vendors. urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict and specifically identified the page as a fake shop, which matches our classification. The domain also appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses and is listed on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc. on 2026-05-26, about four months before we detected it. That gap allowed the storefront to run for a while before it was flagged. It resolves to 195.96.130.222 on a network operated by Malakmadze Web LLC, which is registered in Georgia, while the IP itself geolocates to the United States. The site uses a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the padlock in the browser says nothing about whether the shop is legitimate.
What to do
If you ordered from this site, contact your card issuer or payment provider now. Report the charge as fraud, request a chargeback, and ask for a replacement card if you entered full card details. Watch your statements for unfamiliar charges, and treat any follow-up emails about delivery problems or refunds as likely phishing.
