How the scam works
Shops like this copy a real brand's look and product catalogue, then use low prices to push visitors quickly to checkout. The buyer pays by card or another method and receives nothing, a cheap item unrelated to the order, or a fake tracking number that leads nowhere. The losses go beyond the purchase price. The name, address, phone number and card details typed at checkout can be reused for fraudulent charges or sold on. The extra-word domain on a cheap .shop extension is a common sign of these brand-borrowing storefronts.

On 2026-10-07, 7 of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, G-Data, Gridinsoft, LevelBlue and SOCRadar.
