As of 2026-10-19 the domain was still registered, but its DNS was no longer serving the shop, and it could be pointed at the storefront again at any time.
How the scam works
Fake shops like this copy a real brand's look and slogan, then list products at prices low enough to rush a decision. The shopper fills a cart, enters a delivery address and pays, usually by card or a transfer method that is hard to reverse. Nothing arrives, or a cheap substitute is shipped so the seller can claim delivery. Besides the money, the victim hands over their name, address, phone number and card details, which can be reused for further fraud.
Evidence
On 2026-10-01, six of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, Gridinsoft, LevelBlue and SOCRadar. That is a low count, so many browsers and filters will still let the page load. The stronger signal is urlscan.io, which returned a malicious verdict and specifically tagged the page as a fake shop. The domain also appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses and on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc. on 2026-07-24, about two months before PhishDestroy detected it. That gap is typical of storefronts set up in advance and then promoted through ads or search. The site was hosted in Georgia on the Malakmadze Web LLC network, far from the brand it imitates.
