aintod.icu is an impersonation phishing site: it presents itself as a service the visitor already trusts so they will act on it without suspicion. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-10-06. As of 2026-10-19 the domain was still answering, but its DNS was no longer serving the phishing content. The page carried only the title "Loading", which shows nothing of the brand being imitated, while our classification is impersonation phishing.
How the scam works
Impersonation pages copy the look of a real login, wallet or support portal and wait for the visitor to type something valuable. Usually that is a password, a one-time code, personal details or a wallet recovery phrase, and it goes straight to the operator. A placeholder title like "Loading" is typical of a page that fills in its fake interface after it opens. Whatever is entered gives the attacker direct control of the account or wallet, and stolen crypto is rarely recoverable.
Evidence
Detection is still thin. VirusTotal shows 5 of 92 engines flagging the domain as of 2026-10-19: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, LevelBlue and SOCRadar. Several independent vendors reached the same verdict, but most engines and browsers will not yet warn a visitor. The domain appears in 4 AlienVault OTX threat pulses, and among blocklists it is currently carried by PhishDestroy.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2026-08-17 through PDR Ltd. (PublicDomainRegistry.com), about seven weeks before PhishDestroy flagged it. That gap fits a domain that was set up in advance and then put to use. It sits on the cheap .icu extension and resolved to 46.29.26.38, a Finland-located address announced by M/S Robi Traders, a network registered in Bangladesh. A free Let's Encrypt certificate gave it the browser padlock, which says nothing about whether the site is legitimate.
What to do
If you typed a password on aintod.icu, change it at once on the real service and on any other site where you reused it. Then turn on app-based two-factor authentication and sign out other active sessions. If you entered a wallet recovery phrase, treat that wallet as compromised and move your funds to a newly created wallet immediately. Watch for follow-up messages that pretend to be support for the same service. Defenders should block the domain and its IP at DNS and proxy level, and search logs for any users who visited it since 2026-10-06.
