ailantowear.shop is a fake online shop that presents itself as "Moda Ailanto | Ailanto," a clothing storefront using the Ailanto fashion name. It targets online shoppers looking for discounted fashion. PhishDestroy first saw the site on 2026-09-25. As of 2026-10-19 it was still online and serving its shop pages.
How the scam works
Fake fashion stores copy the look and branding of a real label, then list items at prices low enough to cause a rushed purchase. The shopper picks items, checks out, and pays. The order then never arrives, or a cheap item unrelated to the listing shows up. Victims lose the purchase amount. They also hand over their name, address, phone number and card details, which can be reused for further fraud.
Evidence
On 2026-10-07, 8 of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, G-Data, Gridinsoft, LevelBlue, SOCRadar and Webroot. That is a modest share, but it comes from several unrelated vendors. urlscan.io rated the site malicious and specifically identified it as a fake shop. The domain also appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses, so other researchers are tracking it too. PhishDestroy lists it on its blocklist.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc. on 2026-04-14, about five months before PhishDestroy detected it. That gap suggests the store was set up well before it began drawing attention. The site is hosted on the Malakmadze Web LLC network in the United States. It uses a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the padlock in the browser says nothing about whether the shop is legitimate.
What to do
If you paid on ailantowear.shop, contact your card issuer or payment provider now to dispute the charge and ask for a replacement card. Keep your order confirmation and any emails as evidence.
