aemarketedit.shop presents itself as "Wholesale & Retail Suppliers | AE Market", a storefront pitched at both bulk buyers and ordinary shoppers. PhishDestroy classifies it as an e-commerce scam, a fake online shop. We first flagged it on 2026-09-09. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving its shop content, so new buyers can still land on it.
How the scam works
Fake shops like this one copy the look of a real retailer, with product grids, "supplier" branding and prices well below the market. The wholesale angle draws in small businesses as well as individual buyers, because a cheap bulk deal tempts people into larger orders. At checkout the buyer pays by card or another payment method. The goods then never arrive, or a worthless substitute shows up. Victims lose the purchase amount, and any card and personal details they typed in can be reused or sold.
Evidence
Several independent engines back the classification. On 2026-09-20, 14 of 89 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain, including BitDefender, ESET, Fortinet, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, G-Data, Gridinsoft, CRDF and alphaMountain.ai. That is a sizeable count for a young shop domain. urlscan.io rated the site malicious and specifically marked it as a fake shop. The domain also appears in 4 AlienVault OTX threat pulses, which shows other researchers are tracking it too.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc. on 2026-07-22, only 49 days before PhishDestroy detected it. A storefront that new has no real trading history, and that is typical of throwaway scam shops. It is hosted on the Malakmadze Web LLC network in the United States. Its Let's Encrypt certificate only encrypts traffic and says nothing about whether the seller is genuine.
What to do
If you ordered from this site, contact your card issuer or bank now, report the charge as fraud and request a chargeback. Ask them to replace the card if you entered its number. Keep screenshots of the order, any emails and the payment confirmation to support the dispute. If you created an account and reused that password anywhere else, change it there. Watch for follow-up phishing that uses your name and address. Defenders and payment providers should block the domain and report it to the hosting network and registrar so the storefront can be taken down.
