How the scam works
The page title, "Shop Best Whey Protein Powder | Affordable Gym Supplements Online India | NAKPRO NUTRITION", is written to catch people searching for discounted protein from a known Indian brand. Fake shops like this one display attractive prices and a polished checkout. Their goal is to collect payment and delivery details. Buyers typically receive nothing, receive a cheap substitute, or find that refunds are impossible. Card details entered at checkout can also be reused for further fraudulent charges.
Evidence
On 2026-09-20, seven of 89 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft, Netcraft and SOCRadar. That is a modest count, but it comes from several unrelated vendors. urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict and specifically identified the page as a fake shop. The domain also appears in three AlienVault OTX threat pulses, which means other analysts have tracked it independently.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc. on 2026-05-22, about 110 days before PhishDestroy detected it. It is hosted on the Malakmadze Web LLC network in the United States.
