PhishDestroy threat report
valortrade.online presented itself as a "CopyTrading App", a platform that supposedly lets users mirror the trades of successful crypto traders. PhishDestroy classifies it as an impersonation phishing page aimed at people looking for passive trading income. We first flagged it on 2026-08-19. The site went offline on 2026-09-08 and its DNS was still inactive at our last check on 2026-10-19.
Copy-trading lures promise that your account will automatically follow expert traders, so victims are asked to sign up and fund a balance. They may also be asked to hand over exchange or wallet credentials. The dashboard then shows invented profits to encourage larger deposits. When the victim tries to withdraw, the site demands extra "fees" or "taxes", or the account simply disappears. Victims lose whatever they deposited, plus any login details or keys they entered on the page.
On 2026-09-01, five of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft, SOCRadar and VIPRE. That is a small share, but all five are independent vendors, and none of them depends on our own listing. The domain also appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses, which shows other researchers tracked it separately. Of the major blocklists, it is listed on PhishDestroy.
The domain was registered through Global Domain Group LLC and hosted on Hetzner Online GmbH servers in Germany. Its certificate came from Let's Encrypt, which issues free, automated certificates. The padlock in the browser therefore proved only that the connection was encrypted, not that the operator was legitimate. The site lasted about three weeks between our first detection and going dark, a short lifespan typical of disposable investment-scam domains.
If you deposited funds, do not pay any "withdrawal fee" or "unlock charge". Further payments never release a balance. Report the transfers to your bank, card issuer or the exchange you sent from, and keep the transaction records. If you entered exchange or email credentials, change those passwords immediately and enable app-based 2FA. Also be wary of follow-up messages offering "fund recovery", since these are often a second scam. Security teams should block valortrade.online and watch for lookalike copy-trading domains that resurface under new names.

An estimated time describes an observation window. It does not prove a registrar action or the exact moment a site became unavailable.
Dated changes retained by the monitor and source collectors. Newest observations appear first; source states are not proof of a takedown.
