PhishDestroy threat report
premiumtradingcommunity.net presented itself as "Premium Trading Community | Home", a members-style trading group aimed at people looking for crypto signals, mentoring or managed trading. PhishDestroy classifies it as an impersonation phishing page and first flagged it on 2026-09-24. The site went offline on 2026-09-25, one day after detection, and was still unreachable when last checked on 2026-10-19.
Fake trading communities borrow the look and language of legitimate signal groups or investment clubs. They promise exclusive access or guaranteed returns and then steer visitors toward a crypto deposit, a paid membership, a wallet connection or a login form. Whatever the visitor hands over is lost: deposited funds go straight to the operators, and connected wallets or entered credentials give them a direct way into the victim's assets. Some operations also invent "unlock" or "withdrawal" fees to extract further payments from people who have already paid in.
Detection by antivirus engines was thin. On 2026-09-24, VirusTotal showed only 3 of 91 engines flagging the domain: Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft and Netcraft. A low count like this is common for a short-lived page, so a clean result from most engines would have been no reassurance. Stronger support for the classification comes from the crypto-specific blocklists of MetaMask and SEAL, which list the domain alongside PhishDestroy. Wallet users were therefore warned directly at the point of connection.
The domain was registered through Tucows on 2026-08-25, about a month before PhishDestroy caught it. It was hosted on Interserver, Inc. in the US and carried a free automated Let's Encrypt certificate, so the browser padlock said nothing about who ran the site. The site died within a day of being flagged, which fits a disposable setup meant to work only until it was noticed.
If you sent money or paid a "membership" or "fee" to this group, stop all further payments, keep transaction records and report the case to your exchange and local authorities. Treat any request for more money to release your funds as part of the same scam. If you connected a wallet, revoke token approvals granted around that time and move remaining assets to a fresh wallet if you signed anything unfamiliar. If you used a password there, change it wherever it is reused and enable 2FA. Defenders should block the domain and its hosting IP and watch for look-alike "trading community" domains registered in the same period.

Dated changes retained by the monitor and source collectors. Newest observations appear first; source states are not proof of a takedown.
