PhishDestroy threat report
krab4at-kraken.ru is a Russian-language phishing page that impersonates Kraken. Its title translates as "Official Kraken Onion mirror via Tor. Secure login." It is aimed at people looking for a working way into the Kraken onion service from a regular browser. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-24, and the page was still online and serving content on 2026-10-19.
Fake "mirror" sites like this one rank for searches such as "Kraken mirror" or "Kraken via Tor" and promise a safe shortcut to the real service. The visitor sees a familiar login form and enters a username and password, which go straight to the operators. Stolen logins let them take over the account and spend or withdraw any balance on it. Some of these pages also show their own deposit details, so money sent through them is lost. The domain name pairs a separate label with "kraken" to look like one of many legitimate access points.
Thirteen of 92 VirusTotal engines classed the domain as malicious on 2026-10-07. They include BitDefender, ESET, Fortinet, G-Data, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, alphaMountain.ai, CyRadar and Gridinsoft. That count is moderate, but the vendors are mainstream, and Spamhaus separately lists the domain in its DBL as phishing. The domain appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses and is on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
The domain was registered through RU-CENTER on 2026-01-26, about eight months before PhishDestroy caught it. That long run suggests a page built to keep drawing search traffic rather than a short burst campaign. It sits behind Cloudflare, with an edge address that geolocates to Canada, so the real origin server is hidden. The padlock comes from a Google Trust Services certificate, which only encrypts the connection and says nothing about who runs the site.
If you logged in through this page, treat that password as stolen. Change it, and change it anywhere else you reused it. Turn on two-factor authentication, then check the account for logins, orders or withdrawals you did not make. Do not send funds to any address this page showed you, and only reach services through addresses you have verified yourself. Defenders should block the domain at DNS and proxy level and report it to Cloudflare and RU-CENTER while it remains live.

This report combines saved page captures, registration and network records, scanner results and PhishDestroy reporting history. Each source keeps its own observation date. Open a source report to inspect the original result.

A capture documents what was shown. A scanner result records that provider’s assessment at the time of its check. Neither a valid certificate nor a zero-detection result is a guarantee of safety.
