PhishDestroy threat report
catliza.com is an impersonation phishing page that presents itself as "Catliza Web Technologies," a web design company in Hyderabad. It targets small businesses and individuals looking to hire a design agency. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-10-08. On 2026-10-19 the site was still responding, but its content was not resolving normally through DNS.
The page title reads "Best Website Design Company in Hyderabad | Catliza Web Technologies," which looks like an ordinary agency site, while our classification is impersonation phishing. Schemes of this type borrow a business identity to win trust, then steer visitors toward contact forms, logins or payment requests. Victims typically lose account credentials, personal or company details, or advance payments for services that are never delivered.
Thirteen of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain on 2026-10-08. The flagging vendors include alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, Dr.Web, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data, Gridinsoft and LevelBlue. That is a meaningful spread of independent security vendors, not a single outlier. The domain also appears in 35 AlienVault OTX pulses, so other researchers have repeatedly tied it to suspicious activity. Among blocklists we track, PhishDestroy currently lists it.
The domain was registered on 2019-08-21 through HOSTINGER operations, UAB, roughly seven years before we detected it. That long history sets it apart from throwaway phishing domains and can make it look more trustworthy to visitors. It is hosted on Hostinger International Limited's network (AS47583) at 92.113.16.26 in Germany.
If you entered a username and password on this site, change it immediately wherever you reuse it and turn on two-factor authentication. If you sent money or card details for a design job, contact your bank or card issuer to dispute the charge and watch for follow-up invoices. Treat any emails or messages that arrived through this site's contact forms as suspect. Defenders should block catliza.com at DNS and proxy level and search mail and web logs for prior visits or submissions. Report sightings to the hosting provider's abuse channel to support takedown.

Dated changes retained by the monitor and source collectors. Newest observations appear first; source states are not proof of a takedown.

This report combines saved page captures, registration and network records, scanner results and PhishDestroy reporting history. Each source keeps its own observation date. Open a source report to inspect the original result.
The AI-assisted analysis was written on . It describes the evidence available at that time; later source checks can change.
A capture documents what was shown. A scanner result records that provider’s assessment at the time of its check. Neither a valid certificate nor a zero-detection result is a guarantee of safety.
