Overview

airheadactive.shop presents itself as "Premium Watersports," a storefront for watersports equipment, but PhishDestroy classifies it as an e-commerce scam: a fake shop built to take payment for goods that never arrive. It targets buyers of paddleboards, wetsuits, towables and similar gear who are drawn in by prices that undercut legitimate retailers. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-10-07. When last checked on 2026-10-19, the site was still online and serving its shop content.

How the scam works

Fake shops like this copy the look of a real retailer, with product photos, a cart and a checkout, and attract buyers with steep discounts on expensive seasonal items. The shopper pays by card or another method, often receives a confirmation email, and then gets nothing, a cheap unrelated item, or tracking that never updates. Victims lose the purchase price. The card details and personal information entered at checkout can also be reused for further fraud.
