How the scam works
Impersonation pages borrow a name and identity that visitors already trust, then use that trust to make requests feel legitimate. A site framed as one person's homepage can push contact forms, login prompts, payment requests or invitations to private chats, each of which is a chance to collect personal details, credentials or money. Victims who engage may give up account access or contact information, or send funds to someone posing as the named individual.

Eight of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain in a scan on 2026-10-12: alphaMountain.ai, Certego, Dr.Web, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft, Seclookup, SOCRadar and URLQuery. The domain also appears in 30 AlienVault OTX threat pulses, which shows other researchers have been tracking it. Among blocklists, only PhishDestroy currently lists it.
