PhishDestroy threat report
votelist.help is a phishing site that presents itself as "Axiom Vote", borrowing the Axiom name to look like an official voting or governance page. It targets crypto users who expect to take part in a community vote or claim something tied to one. PhishDestroy first detected it on 2026-10-11, and it was still online with its phishing content live on 2026-10-19.
Fake voting pages work by creating urgency: the visitor is told a poll, proposal or eligibility check is open and that participating requires connecting a wallet or logging in. Once the victim connects, the page asks them to sign or approve something presented as casting a vote, but it actually grants the operator control over their access or assets. Whatever the victim enters or signs goes straight to the scammers, and the losses are usually immediate and cannot be reversed.
Six of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain as of 2026-10-16: ChainPatrol, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, Gridinsoft and SOCRadar. That count is modest, but the support is stronger elsewhere. The domain appears on the MetaMask, ScamSniffer and SEAL blocklists alongside PhishDestroy's own, all of which focus on crypto threats. Spamhaus lists it in its DBL as a phishing domain, and it appears in three AlienVault OTX threat pulses.
The domain was registered on 2026-10-05 through Hosting Concepts B.V. d/b/a Registrar.eu. It was already serving its phishing page when PhishDestroy caught it six days later, a short lead time typical of throwaway domains built for a single campaign. The site is hosted on the Local NCC Ltd. network at 92.118.230.44, located in the US, behind a free Let's Encrypt certificate. That certificate gives it a padlock in the browser but says nothing about who runs it.
If you opened votelist.help, do not connect a wallet, sign anything or type in a seed phrase or password. If you already connected and signed, review and revoke any token approvals granted while you were on the site. If you entered a recovery phrase, move your remaining funds to a newly created wallet immediately. Anyone who typed in login credentials should change that password and turn on two-factor authentication. Defenders should block the domain and its IP, and should treat any "Axiom Vote" message or link pointing to it as phishing.
