Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2025-11-03 through West263 International Limited. That is roughly ten months before PhishDestroy detected it, a gap that fits a domain held back before being put to use. It resolves to an address on a Tencent network located in the United States. A free Let's Encrypt certificate gives the site a padlock in the browser, which proves only that the connection is encrypted, not that the operator is honest.
What to do
Do not enter anything on ruthsebok.shop. If you bought something there, contact your bank or card issuer, report the charge as fraud and ask for a chargeback and a replacement card.
