The title points to an adult-content site name rather than a crypto or financial brand, but we classify the domain as impersonation phishing. It targets people who expect to reach that site and trust what they see. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-15, and it was still online with live content on 2026-10-19.
How the scam works
An impersonation page borrows a known site's name and branding so visitors believe they are on the real service. It then prompts them to sign in, register, verify an account or pay for access. Anything typed into those forms, such as usernames, passwords, email addresses or card details, goes to the operators rather than to the site being imitated. Victims lose control of reused accounts and risk fraudulent charges and follow-up phishing aimed at the contact details they handed over.
Evidence
On 2026-09-25, 16 of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain, including BitDefender, ESET, Fortinet, G-Data, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, alphaMountain.ai, CyRadar and the Vietnamese anti-scam project Chong Lua Dao. That is a solid minority of engines from independent vendors reaching the same conclusion. The domain also appears in five AlienVault OTX threat pulses, which means other researchers have tracked it as part of wider activity. Among blocklists, it is listed by PhishDestroy.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2026-05-13 through Spaceship, Inc., about four months before PhishDestroy detected it. It resolves to 94.154.172.92 on the IP Vendetta Inc. network, registered in the Seychelles. The site uses a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the padlock in the browser shows only that the connection is encrypted. It does not show that the site is legitimate. The domain was still serving content more than a month after first detection, so the threat remains active.
What to do
If you entered a password on qunvelo.shop, change it right away, along with any account where you reused it, and turn on two-factor authentication. If you submitted card details, contact your bank to block the card and dispute unfamiliar charges. Expect phishing emails that reference this site, and do not click links in them. Defenders should block the domain and its hosting IP at the DNS and proxy level and search logs for past visits or form submissions to it.
